7 Weeks to the Gallows
Are you ready to take on the Gallows Gravel Race? With just 7 weeks to go until the 107 km challenge on 9 May, now is the perfect time to start preparing.
We’ve partnered with Sarah Mare, professional off-road cyclist and performance coach, to create a free 7-week training programme designed for anyone wanting to tackle The Gallows or simply improve their strength and endurance on the bike. Whether you’re a seasoned racer or just looking to build consistency, this programme will help you get race-ready.
Ride With Us
Over the next seven weeks, our South Side Cycles group rides will loosely follow the programme structure. Riding with a group is a great way to stay motivated, track your progress, and learn from fellow cyclists.
We may not have group rides for every session on the programme due to races and other events, but you can still follow the structure on your own rides.
All rides are free and open to everyone.
